Abstrak

This article explores the challenges Catholic schools face in the context of increasing social, political, and economic instability. The main focus of this study is the crisis management strategies that can be applied to protect the identity, values, and sustainability of these educational institutions. A comprehensive literature analysis found that Catholic schools need to develop a proactive approach to dealing with crises. Some strategies identified include strengthening internal and external communication, training staff for emergency response, and developing clear contingency plans. In addition, the article emphasizes the importance of collaboration with local communities and stakeholders to create a solid support network. By doing so, Catholic schools can be better prepared to face emerging challenges and maintain their educational mission and vision in uncertain situations. Applying the right crisis management strategies, Catholic schools can strengthen their position amidst instability and ensure sustainability in providing quality education.
