The study was conducted over the period from 2014 to 2024. Explains that 67% of 1,247 Catholic schools face quite complex challenges in meeting minimum operational standards, as they encounter issues where operational costs cannot be covered by tuition fees, which only account for 65% of operational costs, and government subsidies amounting to 15%. This study uses a literature review integrating three dimensions: financial sustainability, digital social innovation, and community empowerment. The study develops a sustainable digital-based funding model focusing on optimizing financial technology and using partnership strategies in the private sector and adaptive funding methods to analyze various perspectives and innovative solutions. The research results show that community-based models, endowments, and digital technology can help for effective and transparent fundraising. This study provides theoretical and practical contributions to developing a more inclusive and sustainable funding model for Catholic schools in Indonesia.
