This study aims to explore best practices of interfaith community collaboration in Catholic schools, analyze factors that influence its effectiveness, and evaluate its impact on student character formation and school climate. The study uses a literature review method by analyzing scientific publications from 2014–2024 obtained through the Google Scholar and ProQuest databases. Data was systematically analyzed by identifying, categorizing, and synthesizing findings. The study results indicate that best collaboration practices are based on three main pillars: mutual respect, shared values, and common good, which are implemented through interfaith dialogue programs, collaborative social projects, and religious cultural festivals. Supporting factors include supportive leadership, effective communication, and integrated support systems while inhibiting factors include resistance to change and limited resources. The impact of collaboration is seen in improving student character in the cognitive, affective, and behavioral domains and transforming the school climate to be more inclusive. The study recommends developing longitudinal empirical research, expanding the research context, strengthening methodological aspects, developing standardized evaluation instruments, optimizing the role of technology, and improving competency-based training programs.
