This research examines integrating servant leadership methodologies with Catholic spirituality in contemporary enterprises in Southeast Asia. The paper methodically reviews the corpus of contemporary literature (2019–2024) sourced from prominent academic publications. It analyzes conceptual transformations in servant leadership, integrating Catholic spiritual concepts into leadership styles and developing pertinent operational models. The analysis shows that servant leadership has significantly shifted towards a more humanistic paradigm and a greater focus on spiritual aspects. Key findings suggest that Catholic social education and servant leadership principles work well together. This enables executives to raise organizational resilience measures, ethical behaviors, and employee engagement. The five main components forming the operational framework created in this study are transcendental stewardship, ethical decision-making, community empowerment, spiritual development, and sustainable transformation. Several empirical studies have sought to validate this concept, and their results reveal notable gains in organizational performance. It talks about both theoretical and pragmatic ramifications. It offers recommendations for leadership styles that mix managerial skills with spiritual aptitudes.
