Kata Kunci:
Faith-Evangelization, Transformation, Administration, IntegrationAbstrak
This article investigates Catholic school leaders' challenges, particularly in balancing religious and administrative facets. Leaders within Catholic educational institutions face specific obstacles in maintaining their religious identity while fulfilling the demands of modern operations and current academic standards. Significant challenges involve the imbalance between the necessity for administrative effectiveness and the dedication to the evangelizing mission, the influences of secularization, the need for financial stability, and the growing demographic diversity within the school community. This research utilizes an extensive literature review by specialists and practitioners in Catholic education, merging theological perspectives with modern theories of educational management. Among the best practices identified are the development of a contemplative leadership model, which links spiritual reflection to administrative decisions, the implementation of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), the use of a data-driven decision-making approach that takes spiritual aspects into account, and integrated strategic planning, which systematically links operational goals to spiritual mission.
