This study integrates sustainable leadership formation with Catholic values in the digital era, focusing on preparing next-generation leaders. Through a systematic literature review of 85 publications from 2019-2024, this research identifies critical gaps in combining Catholic Social Teaching with digital leadership competencies. The findings reveal that successful sustainable leadership formation requires three fundamental dimensions: digital competency, sustainability orientation, and Catholic ethical foundations. The study develops a comprehensive framework integrating Catholic Social Teaching with digital innovation, addressing the techno-moral disconnect phenomenon identified in 65% of leadership failures. Organizations implementing this integrated approach demonstrated 40% higher organizational resilience. This research contributes theoretically by expanding the understanding of faith-based leadership development in the digital age and practically by providing an implementation framework for developing ethically grounded digital leaders. The study concludes that sustainable leadership formation must balance technological advancement with Catholic values to develop leaders who are both digitally competent and morally grounded.
