This research discusses the role of Socially Adaptive Learning (SAL) in increasing learning effectiveness and educational equity for marginalized students. Through reviewing articles, journals, and books, this research shows that SAL can improve student engagement, motivation, learning outcomes, and academic achievement. Factors such as the diversity of cultures, languages, and socio-economic backgrounds affect the effectiveness of SAL in certain groups of students. This study proposes several future research directions to optimize the use of SAL, including developing more specific SAL models and applying information technology. This research provides important insights for educational practitioners to develop a more inclusive and equitable learning approach.
