This scholarly article thoroughly examines the moral quandaries that arise in connection to AI within the educational sphere, adopting a perspective informed by the Catholic tradition, thereby underscoring the paramount significance of safeguarding the dignity of every student. It is imperative to subscribe to fundamental principles, such as the protection of data, the prevention of discrimination, the assurance of transparency, and the preservation of a humanitarian role, for AI to align with humanitarian and Catholic values. Furthermore, establishing regulations is indispensable to safeguard learners' rights.
